Feature walls of active headlights and steering wheels, caste from an original 1950s Gullwing, adds both drama and relevance.
The restaurant’s design and production had to deliver flexibility to allow the space to function as either a fully functioning restaurant or as a corporate hospitality venue available for private hire.
